Purchase terms
Originals
Every painting offered on this site is a unique original by Valentina Reina, signed by the artist. Photographs show the work as faithfully as possible; colours can vary slightly between screens.
How buying works
You send a purchase request from the painting’s page or from your cart. Nothing is paid on this site. Valentina confirms that the painting is available and replies personally with the total, the payment options and the shipping date. The purchase is concluded once you accept her offer and pay.
Price and shipping
Prices are in euro. Insured shipping from Kyiv, Ukraine, is included. Import duties or taxes in the destination country, where they apply, are paid by the buyer.
Returns
If a painting arrives damaged, or is not what you expected, write within 14 days of delivery to valentina.masjuk@gmail.com and we will find a solution together, including a return.
Copyright
Buying a painting transfers ownership of the physical work. The copyright, including the right to reproduce the image, stays with the artist.
