Questions and answers

What collectors usually ask before a painting travels to them.

How is a painting shipped?

Every original is packed by Valentina in Kyiv and sent insured, free of charge, to any country. You receive the dispatch date and a tracking number. Import duties in your country, where they apply, are paid on delivery.

How do I pay?

There is no checkout on this site. Send a request by email, WhatsApp or Telegram; Valentina confirms the painting is still available and replies personally with the payment options and the total.

Does the painting come framed?

Paintings travel unframed and ready to hang. Many have painted sides and need no frame at all. Framing is possible on request; mention it in your message.

How do I care for it?

Hang it away from direct sun and heaters. Dust it with a soft, dry brush and never wipe the stones or the gold with a damp cloth. Carry it by the stretcher, not by the relief.

Can I return a painting?

If a painting arrives damaged or is not what you expected, write within 14 days of delivery and Valentina will find a solution with you, including a return.

Can I commission a painting?

Yes. Valentina takes a small number of commissions each year. You tell her about the room, the size and your intention; she suggests stones, palette and format and gives a price before any work begins.

Are the stones real?

Yes. Obsidian, jade, quartz, petrified wood and even mammoth tooth are natural materials set into oil and texture paste, so every surface has a relief you can feel with your hand.

Can I see more photos or a video first?

Of course. Ask on WhatsApp, Telegram or by email and Valentina sends more photos, details and a short video of the painting in daylight.
